Shipping and Delivery

• All products are shipped through India Post, both domestic and international couriers. 

• All domestic orders placed are expected to deliver in 3 to 10 days approximately, depending on the distance.

Please note, unforeseeable delays with the courier may occur due to weather, traffic, etc.

• For urgent orders, you may inform beforehand through WhatsApp (+91) 9074208091 mentioning the expected delivery date. If private courier service is used, shipping charges may change accordingly.

• Local deliveries by road are limited to Indore town area with delivery charges of RS. 10 per km. Expect the delivery in 1 to 3 days or the same day of the order placed, if requested for a special delivery. By calling us +91-6262868987

• Local pick and collect service is available in Indore, 27, devendra nagar near chanakyapuri square. You may contact us once you reach the address.

• Shipping charges for domestic orders are RS. 49 all over India and international orders starts at RS. 600.

• International orders are taken via Instagram DMs or WhatsApp (+91) 9074208091 due to the uncertainty in shipping charges. 

Please note, deliveries outside of India may be subject to additional service fees depending on the total weight of the package as well as the country order being shipped to.

• Ensure you provide accurate delivery address, specifically PINCODE and contact number. In case of a delivery returned back to us as a result of incorrect or insufficient address, you are required to pay for the shipping charges again.

• As our team works hard to get your order dispatched at the earliest, ensure a careful review of the details of your order including the address. Intrendz cannot make any changes in the order details once you click submit.
